Zlicin Gate is our newest land acquisition in Prague. We aim to enhance the value of the asset by achieving permits for three independent residential buildings which will consists of aprox’ 250 residential, underground parking and retail shops and amenities on the ground floor which will service the local community living in the area.
The land is within a walking distance of a Metro station, bus stations, and a number of shopping centers and hypermarkets.
